Getting started
4 questions
What exactly is Omnis AI?
Omnis is a connected operating system for plaintiff firms — sixteen instruments that carry a matter from the first intake call to the settlement check. Instead of a dozen disconnected tools, every function shares one record, so work started in intake flows straight through discovery, drafting, and settlement without re-keying anything.
How long does onboarding take?
Most firms are running live within days, not months. There are no long-term contracts and no heavy implementation project — we migrate your active matters, connect your existing tools, and your team keeps working while the system takes the busywork off their plates.
Do we have to adopt every instrument at once?
No. Firms typically start where the pain is sharpest — intake, medical-record review, or drafting — and expand from there. Because the instruments share one record, each one you add makes the others sharper, but you set the pace.
Will Omnis work for a solo practice as well as a large firm?
Yes. The system scales from a single attorney to firms of 500+ without changing how it works. Solo practices use it to punch far above their headcount; large firms use it to standardize how every matter is run.

2 questions
How does the AI actually handle our documents?
Inbound documents are sorted into the right file the moment they arrive, with names, dates, and amounts extracted automatically — no renaming or manual data entry. Medical records become coded chronologies, discovery gets drafted against the record, and every action is logged for a full audit trail.
Does it replace our existing case management system?
For most firms, CasePro becomes the command center and existing point tools are folded in or retired over time. Where you need to keep a system, Omnis connects to it rather than forcing a rip-and-replace on day one.
Security & data
3 questions
Is my firm's data secure?
Security is foundational, not an add-on. Omnis is SOC 2 Type I attested and HIPAA compliant, with controls across security, availability, and confidentiality independently examined.
Who owns the data we put into Omnis?
You do. Your matters, records, and work product remain your firm's property. Your data is never sold, and it is not used to train models for other firms.
How is privileged and confidential material protected?
Privileged content is tagged and protected by default, with matter-based access controls and full audit logging. Communications and documents stay tied to the right case, so privilege is preserved end to end.
Pricing
2 questions
How does pricing work?
Pricing scales with your firm rather than locking you into a rigid tier. There are no long-term contracts — you can start with the instruments you need and adjust as you grow. Published prices are on the pricing page; reach out and we'll build a quote around your caseload.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
Onboarding and migration of your active matters are handled as part of getting you live — no surprise implementation invoice. We'll be transparent about exactly what's included before you open a file.
Support
2 questions
What support do we get after launch?
Every firm gets hands-on onboarding plus ongoing support as your team ramps. Because the system is designed to take work off your staff — not add to it — most questions are about doing more, not fixing problems.
What if we want to leave?
No long-term contracts means no hostage situation. Your data is yours, and it's exportable. We'd rather earn your firm every month than lock you in.
