Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OmnisAI LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OmnisAI LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You acknowledge that you are the owner of the mobile phone number provided or have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number. You agree to notify us immediately if you change your mobile phone number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in delivering SMS messages.
