Your team
LitBox and OmnisProof come with every CasePro plan. One person with a login. Clients never need one, and neither does anyone who only signs a document.
Records work
Charged per case, and billed back to it.One case's worth of records, processed once — downloaded, renamed, split, OCR-checked and filed.
Best value here is the 40-matter pack at $46 a matter — $160 off the $50 list rate.
One patient's records as a dated, sourced timeline. The demand letter is written from it and included.
One patient's total across every provider. The band sets the price.
You keep $5,980 a month.
That is the same 20 matters and 4 chronologies a month, done for you instead of by your people — at your own hourly rate of $45.
196 hours of work — about 1.2 full-time people on records alone.
Nobody's hours, and every line of it is a case expense you invoice back to the matter.
Hours are 4 per matter, and per chronology 1 hour per 25 pages plus 3 hours fixed plus 6 hours of demand drafting. Seats are excluded from both sides — no amount of staff time replaces a case management system.

Both run the whole case file, medical records and settlements included. Max adds the AI assistant and everything that automates the firm.

Records work is charged per case
Which means you invoice it to the matter and recover it at settlement, the same way you already handle filing fees and court reporters.
MedChron — one patient's chronology
Priced by the patient's total page count across every provider. The complete demand letter is written from it and is inside the price — never a separate charge.
- up to 500 pages$250
- 501 to 1,000 pages$450
- past 1,000 pagesper 100 pages. No quotation tier at any size.+$40
Past the top band the price moves in whole blocks against the patient's running total, so adding records that cross no new block costs nothing. 1,240 pages is $570; another 60 pages is still $570. Records arrive in waves and you can never declare a patient finished — a per-page rate would raise a charge on every upload.

Questions
Questions worth asking
Including the ones about vocabulary. Nobody should have to already know our words to work out a price.
What counts as a seat?
One person at your firm with a login. Clients do not need one, and neither does anyone who only receives a document to sign — OmnisProof envelopes are unlimited and do not consume a seat.
What is a matter, and what does AutoDoc do to one?
A matter is one case's worth of records. AutoDoc processes it once: downloads everything, renames files to your convention, splits combined provider PDFs apart, checks the OCR, then indexes and files it. Done by hand that is roughly four hours of paralegal time per case.
What is a chronology?
One patient's medical records turned into a dated, sourced timeline you can work from — and the complete demand letter written out of it. The demand letter is inside the price, never billed separately.
How is a chronology priced?
By the patient's total page count across every provider. Up to 500 pages is one price, 501 to 1,000 is the next. Past that it climbs in whole 100-page blocks against the running total, which is why adding records that cross no new block costs nothing at all. There is no quotation tier at any size.
Do credits expire?
No. AutoDoc credits are bought in packs at a lower rate the more you buy, and they sit there until you use them. Buying a bigger pack is a better rate, not a deadline.
Is MedChron included in a plan?
No, and it never has been, on any plan. Chronologies are charged per patient. Buying more at once lowers the price of one, which is what the estimator above is showing you.
What happens if we go over an allowance?
LitBox AI credits past your pooled allowance are two cents each, invoiced at period end. It never hard-stops: LitBox OCR feeds AutoDoc and MedChron, so cutting it off mid-matter would stall two other products.
Why are there three numbers and not one?
Because they are not the same number. Records work on a case is a case expense — you invoice it to the matter and recover it at settlement, the way you already do with filing fees and court reporters. So the estimator shows what leaves your account, what you bill back, and the difference. The last one is your real cost.
Do we have to talk to anyone to get a price?
No. Every figure on this page is a published price, and the estimator does the same arithmetic your invoice will. There is no quote request and no card until you choose to buy.
