What it does

Four things Omnis HR takes off the desk.

  1. One Record Per Person

From the offer to the last day: compensation, working pattern, documents, credentials, training and assets — and the sign-in that goes with them, granted on the first day and withdrawn on the last.

  2. One Sign-In, Every Product

A person signs in once and reaches every Omnis product they are entitled to. Roles carry the permissions, so an associate has the same reach in CasePro as in LitBox without anybody reconciling two lists.

  3. Payroll Computed, Not Typed

Gross is calculated from compensation, working patterns, holidays and fee credits, rather than entered as a number no other screen agrees with.

  4. Sessions and Costs You Can See

Every open session, on which device and since when, revocable from the same screen — and seats, plans and credit on one account, firm overhead separated from what is recoverable from a client.
