Omnis Voice
The firm’s phone system: every call, text and voicemail logged against the matter, with AI voice agents for the hours nobody can staff.

What it does
Four things Omnis Voice takes off the desk.
A Phone System in the Browser
Numbers, a softphone, voicemail, an auto-attendant, call queues and ring groups — the firm’s phones, run from the browser with no handsets to provision.
Every Call on the Matter
Calls, texts, voicemail and recordings are logged against the caller and the matter as they happen, so nobody writes a call up afterwards.
Recording & Call Intelligence
Recordings kept to the firm’s own rules, then a transcript and an AI summary of each call, so a supervisor reads a call instead of replaying it.
AI Voice Agents, Within Limits
Voice agents for after-hours and intake lines work inside limits the firm writes down, take a message, and hand the caller to a person.
In depth
Every call on the record, filed to the case as it happens
A cloud phone system built for a plaintiff firm. The phones, the texts and the voicemail box run in one product, and each of them writes to the matter rather than to a carrier log nobody reads.

The office phone, in full
An inbound call meets the firm’s business hours, holidays and auto-attendant first, then a ring group or a call queue. Transfers, hold, park and forwarding work the way an office phone should, and a supervisor can listen in, whisper to their own colleague, or join a live call.
On the matter, not in a log
Every call carries its caller, its outcome and its duration, and the recording where the firm records. Voicemail arrives with a transcript, and texts land in one shared inbox that the team claims and answers together rather than on ten personal handsets.
Recording to the firm’s rules
The firm sets the recording rule. Where an announcement is required it is played, and the fact that it played is written down against the call. Recordings and voicemail under a matter’s legal hold are kept past their retention window, and the product shows what it preserved and why.
Inside CasePro
The phone rides in CasePro’s dock, so a call rings on whichever page is open and dialling starts from the matter. The call, the text and the voicemail end up on the same record the case is worked from.

In private testingThe switchboard
What any firm’s phones need, and what a law firm’s need on top.
Auto-Attendant & Business Hours
Menus, opening hours and holidays decide where a call goes before anybody’s phone rings, and after-hours calls follow their own route.
Queues, Ring Groups & a Live Wallboard
Ring everyone at once or in order, queue callers with a service-level target, and watch waits, free colleagues and abandoned calls as they happen.
Texts and WhatsApp in One Inbox
SMS and WhatsApp threads arrive in a shared inbox the team claims and answers, with opt-outs honoured.
Voicemail With Transcripts
Every message is transcribed and searchable, and the box shows which ones nobody has played yet.
Fifty-Three Call Reports
Report templates over the call record — by person, queue, time of day and outcome — run on demand or emailed on a schedule as CSV, Excel or PDF.
AI Voice Agents
Agents for after-hours and intake lines, each working inside limits the firm writes down. They take a message or hand the caller to a person, and they are built never to give legal advice or promise that the firm will take a case.
On the record
The questions firms ask about Omnis Voice.
Does it replace our phone system?
Yes. Omnis Voice is the phone system: numbers, routing, queues, voicemail, texting and recording. Existing numbers can be ported to the carrier it runs on, or left where they are and pointed at it.
Do we need desk phones?
No. It runs in the browser, and a headset is all a person needs to take and make calls.
Will AI answer our calls?
Only on a line the firm points at a voice agent. Until then every line rings the way the firm set it. An agent works inside limits written down for it, takes a message or hands the caller to a person, and is built never to give legal advice, predict what a case is worth, or promise that the firm will take it.
Does it make call recording lawful in our state?
No product can decide that. Omnis Voice plays the announcement where the firm’s rule requires one and writes down that it played on that call. The legal question stays with the firm.
